Product Description

This product can be used for disinfecting surfaces, containers, and ponds in farms of animals, birds, and aquatic organisms. It has no corrosive effect on metals. Since this product maintains its disinfection properties in hard water and in the presence of organic matter, it can be employed during the breeding period at the inlets of machinery, staff, cattle, yard, etc. to eliminate all pathogens for a long time.

The use of Agrigerm at a concentration of 0.25-0.5% as directed can quickly eliminate gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, viruses, fungi, and spores. This product maintains its properties even if it is diluted with hard water and/or water containing calcareous salts.

Agrigerm is a clear and yellow foaming solution containing aldehyde groups, Quaternary ammonium salts (QAS), and pine oil, which have a synergistic effect on each other.

In the presence of proteins and 300-ppm hard water, Agrigerm can kill H7N1 in 15 minutes at a concentration of 0.5% or in 60 minutes at a concentration of 0.25%. The 0.5% concentration of this product can also eliminate the viruses causing Newcastle disease (ND) and foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) in 30 minutes.

Agrigerm is a bactericide and fungicide that has been produced based on the EN 1276 standard and licensed by Iran Veterinary Organization (No. D.T. 58-85).

Usage Method

Before the introduction of livestock and poultry:

Goal 1: To disinfect walls, ceilings, cages, silos, containers, water pipes, etc., dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1 to 200 (you can also use a ratio of 1 to 400 if the surfaces have already been descaled and cleaned with Dosoclean). Then spray the diluted solution on surfaces or immerse some surfaces in the solution and rinse the feed-related surfaces after 20 minutes.

Goal 2: To disinfect the floor, ceilings, and walls of breeding salons, prepare 500 liters of 1% Agrigerm solution (per 1,000 m²) and sprinkle 250 liters of the solution on the floor. Then cover the floor with chaff or cardboard and spray the remaining 250 liters of the solution from a height in a way that all surfaces are impregnated. Keep the doors and windows of the salon closed for 12 to 24 hours.

If you use a spraying machine, mix 1.5 ml of Agrigerm with at least the same amount of water (per m² of the salon area) in the spraying tank and then cold spray the solution from top to bottom and warm spray it from bottom to top 6 hours before the introduction of young animals to the breeding salon.

During the breeding period:

Goal 1: To disinfect walls, outdoor areas, etc., dilute Agrigerm with water at a ratio of 1 to 200 and spray the prepared solution on the desired surfaces 1 to 7 days a week.

Goal 2: To disinfect the air of the breeding hall, dilute 100 ml of Agrigerm with 10 liters of water (for every 1,000 m² of the salon area) and spray the resulting solution into the air once a day or three times a day (in case of a viral disease).

Goal 3: To disinfect the entrance ponds of breeding salons, dilute this product with water at a ratio of 1 to 300 and pour the resulting solution into 15-liter sinks placed in front of the entrance; the solution should be changed every several hours.

Goal 4: To disinfect freight and feed trucks, dilute Agrigerm with water at a ratio of 1 to 200 and use the resulting solution to wash the tires of the trucks before they enter the breeding area (you can also use a ratio of 1 to 300 if the surfaces have already been descaled and cleaned with Dosoclean).
