Agrialka is a transparent, foamless and alkaline solution that quickly dissolves in water. If used in water at 70℃ at the percentages mentioned in the Directions section, its sodium hydroxide content will accelerate elimination of the residual milk (fats, proteins, and sugars). In addition, it does not include phosphates and hence does not harm the environment.
Agrialka does not damage the metals and polymeric materials in the milking machines because it protects metals from corrosion. In addition, it does not dos not contain any anticoagulants that cause problems for flotation in wastewater treatment.
Usage Method
Time : After finishing milking and before rinsing
Target : Alkaline Washing
Prepare 1% solution of Agrialka in water at ℃ 75 and put the solution for 10 minutes on the surfaces. During this washing time, water temperature should not drop below 50℃.
It is suggested that 200 ppm active chlorine be used to better remove the residual proteins.
