Sant's line cleaning products expedite the removal of beverage residues, fats, proteins, sugars, and mineral salts, leaving no residue on glass, plastic, or metal surfaces after washing.
Moreover, these products do not contain phosphates in their composition, thus posing no environmental hazard. Due to their anti-corrosive properties, they have no negative effects on metal and polymer materials of production lines during washing. Additionally, no anti-foaming agents that may cause problems in waste treatment, such as floatation, have been used in the formulation of these products.
Two products, S240 and S450, are special alkaline detergents for C.I.P. (Clean-in-Place) systems with hard and soft water. They are suitable for alkaline cleaning in factories producing various food and pharmaceutical products.
S450 is designed for use in units that clean production lines with water hardness exceeding 70 ppm using the C.I.P. method, while alkaline detergent S240 is suitable for use in production lines using soft water free from lime salts.

CIP Chemicals
CIP relies substantially on the action of chemicals on soil; hence, proper selection of cleaning agents is essential. Carbohydrate and protein-based soil is removed by alkalis. Fats and oils are insoluble in water and may protect other underlying soil. Fats are melted by heat and effectively solubilized by alkalis. Polyphosphates emulsify fats and oils, thus, increasing the rate of alkaline digestion.
