Alkaline Detergent Solution Specifically for Use in CIP using Hard Water

The S240 solution is a foamless alkaline detergent that quickly dissolves in water and is specifically designed for units that wash production lines using hard water with hardness levels exceeding 70 ppm employing the CIP method.
If mixed with 70 °C water at the recommended concentrations listed in Directions Section, its sodium hydroxide content will accelerate removal of the residues of beverages, fats, proteins, sugars, and minerals. It does not leave traces on glass, plastic, and metal surfaces after the surface is washed. In addition, it is phosphate-free and hence will not harm the environment.
Due to its corrosion protection of metals, the S240 alkaline detergent does not negatively affect metals and polymers in the production lines. Neither does it contain any anticoagulants, which interfere with flotation in wastewater treatment.
Usage Method
Pour 800-1500 mL of S240 in 100 litres of water at 70℃ and circulate the solution on the surfaces for twenty minutes. The used diluted detergent solution can be returned to the diluted detergent tank and be reused until it gets excessively contaminated and is recharged automatically by the machine. Rinse surfaces immediately after washing.
If you use the solution only once, you can use a lower concentration (300 ml of S240 in 100 liters of water).
