Alcohol-based hand sanitizers are the best option when water is unavailable. With no need for water, this solution quickly kills all pathogens such as bacteria, fungi and viruses and disinfects surfaces. It is based on 75% isopropyl alcohol, which prevents skin dryness and damage by reducing evaporation rate of water from skin surface due to its higher boiling point than ethanol (the only alcohol humans can drink safely).
Sant alcohol-based hand sanitizer also contains propylene glycol, which has disinfectant properties, freshens the skin, and conserves skin moisture.
Usage Method
Apply the sufficient amount of the solution to your hands and rub them together until they feel dry (washing is not needed).
