It is a transparent yellowish solution containing metal complexing agents that prevent corrosion of closed water systems such as fan coils and radiators. Use of PKP-20 is also beneficial in systems that, due to their acidic pH values, may be faced with the problems of corrosion and growth of microorganisms.
Use of the recommended concentrations of PKP20 increases water pH level to 8-10 and prevents growth of microorganisms.
PKP-20 can be used alone or together with an antifreeze to increase the antifreeze shelf life.
Usage Method
Use 0.5-2% PKP-20 to raise the pH from 8 to 10.
